Why Keto is a No-Go and the Diet You Should Try Instead

There are both pros and cons to the keto diet. First, what is keto (Ketogenic Diet) – Keto is a diet plan where a person follows a strict diet to reduce their weight rapidly. Ketoplaner become very famous around the world. Where famous people reduce their weight quickly within a short amount of time.  Many successful stories are on the internet about how people change their lives with the keto diet.

In simple Keto forces the body to burn fat. How? Foods containing carbohydrates are converted into glucose, or blood sugar, by the body, which is used for energy. and stored fat for fuel.  Where glucose is the main source of energy for the body. When a person consumes carbohydrates the energy is stored in form of body fat.

However, Keto’s plan is that body needs to consume no carbohydrates where the body relay on body fat and burns it. The liver does all the work for your body when body fat is burning liver breakdown fat and releases ketones. Those are used for energy instead of glucose.

Why Keto is a No-Go?

There are some health risks and downsides of the Keto plan. Keto diest only follows under the professional diet planner. Keto is also expensive not everyone can afford it. The diet is very strict to follow. It also comes with some side effects like headache, Keto Flu, Dehydration, kidney stones + Lack of nutrients in your body. Keto Diet Is Only For Weight Loss

Keto Diet Should Be Avoided by Certain People (Keto Is A NO-Go)

Keto Is No Go for certain people with health conditions. If they attempt the keto plan this could cause serious medical problems for them.

  • Diabetics with Type 1 Diabetes
  • Those with an eating disorder history
  • Gallbladder removal patients
  • Thyroid patients
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Patients 

People with these medical Issues cannot follow the Keto is a no-go. 

Here’s a Diet You Should Try Instead

Keto Is a NO-Go. What are the alternatives for weight loss? We have come up with alternate diet plans for those who can not follow the keto diet plan. Losing weight is hard if you stick with the plan I am sure you can achieve your goals. 

This diet will take a little bit long but it’s not gonna bore you. I am going to introduce some healthy superfoods that keep your taste and lose weight. 

The Egg –  

Eat 6 to 10 eggs a week. However, do not eat the yellow part of the egg only the white. Which contain 5-6 gm of protein. It helps to lose weight. 

Non-veg 

with the high amount of protein in chicken breast fish meat is only boiled. This will boost your metal polish and with some exercise, this will go into your diet. 

Veg – 

In veg, there are so many varieties you can try. However, if you want to try I have listed some. But Eat all the food with no oil or a little. 

  1. Beans and legumes
  2. Soups
  3. Nuts
  4. Grains
  5. Fruits
  6. Drink plenty of water
  7. Chia seeds
  8. Yogurt
